This may include:
- Improving our website and services;

- Managing customer relationships;
- Maintaining appropriate business records; and
- Understanding the performance of our store.
Consent
We may rely on your consent for activities such as:
- Sending certain marketing emails;

Unsubscribing from marketing will not prevent us from sending essential service communications, such as order confirmations, delivery updates or information about a return.
UK rules generally require specific consent before marketing emails are sent to individuals, subject to a limited exception for certain existing customers.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to:

You can manage your choices through the cookie banner or cookie-preference tool displayed on the website.
A privacy policy alone is not sufficient consent for optional cookies. Consent must be informed and involve a clear positive action where the law requires it.
Amend should publish a separate Cookie Policy once the exact Shopify apps, analytics tools and advertising platforms have been confirmed.

9. How long we retain information
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.
The applicable period will depend on:

Our website and products are not specifically directed at children.
